I wanted to reach out here because I’ve hit a frustrating wall and thought maybe someone in the community might’ve experienced something similar or has some insight.
I’ve been trying to recover access to my main YoWorld account, which I’ve been locked out of since early 2021 due to no longer having access to the Facebook account it was originally linked to.
When YoWorld.com was launched, I migrated
a different YoWorld account (from another old Facebook) using
the same email address that had also been connected to my older main account — both as its support contact and as the email tied to the Facebook account it was originally created with.
Here’s where things get weird:

During the migration process, my older (main) account actually briefly showed up as an option on the login screen, but I wasn’t able to access or migrate it.

Since then, it no longer appears normally, but during certain technical outages, I sometimes get a message saying:
> "Hooray! We found 1 YoWorld account!"

This message doesn’t refer to the account I already migrated — it refers to the older one. But I still can’t access it, and there's no way to choose or switch accounts. It seems like it's there… just trapped behind something.
I’ve submitted several tickets about this, and a Viking kindly replied to one of my forum posts saying support is backed up but that I’d get a reply soon. However, I still haven’t heard anything — and in the meantime, I’m hoping maybe someone here has ideas or has been in a similar situation.

What I Think Might Be Happening:
I suspect that because I used the same email to migrate the second account, the system now only shows that one — and is blocking me from migrating the older one that used the same email in the past. Maybe the email is now "claimed" by the new account, and that’s why I can’t see or access the older one anymore.

My Questions to You All:

Has anyone else had two accounts tied to the same email (one already migrated), and been able to recover or migrate the second one?

Has anyone seen the "Hooray! We found 1 YoWorld account!" message during outages — and been able to recover that hidden account?

Has anyone who lost access to their Facebook account (and therefore their YoWorld account) managed to recover it through YoWorld.com, even if it was never migrated?

Do you think deleting the already migrated account could potentially “free” the email address and let the older one be migrated instead?
-If so, how long does the deletion take?

Is there any way to manually unlink or change the email on the migrated account to make space for the older one?
