I keep getting the message that there aren't any.

I just finished ads -- had to reclick about. 3 different times

But I think I did manage my allotted ration

I barely got my cash and the rest of the nine and it took hours.

Oh, then it is not just me who has a problem with the ads. It took HOURS to watch just a few! There is definitely a problem with ads again! I will send a ticket, and I suggest that you do it, too.

Mine too saying "sorry no ads bla bla..."! I've sent ticket in the past and they say they are aware of the problem but it has something to do with my "region" and they are looking into it! What a joke, it's been like this now for months!

Too many issues not getting fixed and it makes me angry because I am one of those fools that pay to play!

YOU BET THERE'S A HUGE PROBLEM WITH ADS!! … AGAIN… STILL!! Especially worse for ALL those players who have not had ANY FUNCTIONAL ADS SINCE BVG CHANGED THIRD PARTY AD PROVIDERS, LONG AGO.

Since approximately mid-June, I noticed yet again, a SIGNIFICANT DECLINE with every aspect of ads function.

1. Inconsistent timing of daily rollover for new Ads.
2. IF/WHEN ads icon shows "deemed" availability, for the MOST PART, ads simply don’t load.
3. There is NO "best" time inside a given 24-hr. period, to view/collect ads income.
4. IF/WHEN ads SPARSELY and RANDOMLY load, daily quotas cannot be reached, for failure of consistent function/loading.
5. IF/WHEN ads load, and viewed, some FAIL TO PAY.
6. There is NO better browser. NO best "region." NO amount of clearing cache, re-setting, re-loading, re-booting etc. etc. (that "homework" generally/regularly done before checking in here with others)... NOR is any one best effort/method, do backflips, handstands, jump high and low, point east, west, north, south, chant poetic ditties over your device ... MAKES ZERO impact... BVG doesn't get to point the finger of blame at everyone/everywhere else, except at themselves, for lack of maintaining basic operations/features of this game. NO PLAYER SHOULD HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH ALL KINDS OF STUPID HOOPS, as a work-around, to tweak BASIC FUNCTION of features inside this game.

Since mid-June, some days I reached daily quotas, other times, not. There was NO 5PM rollover/ads re-set yesterday (June 30th) until after midnight (July 1st), after which time, only 7 ads loaded/paid during that 24 hr. period. Today, post 5PM, (July 1st) only 2 ads loaded/paid, thus far. Will see how the rest of this 24 hr. period fares, until 5PM July 2nd…

GOOD LUCK with efforts to obtain ads benefits, much less, reach daily quotas with this kind of CRAP! ... PROBLEMS CONTINUE, on RINSE AND REPEAT, AD (pun intended) NAUSEAM! It's what BVG EXCELS AT.

Not a single ad has loaded, no matter which browser I use.

Not a single in-game ad since the big change. But plenty of side ads which provide no coins which leads me to think this is done by design on purpose. Every other game I play does not have this problem.

There has been a movement toward lessening the amount of coins we receive in this game. I opened hundreds of chests I received from visiting friends - wanted to see if any contained the COL2025 items. I might have increased my coin revenue by about 10K. I did not receive any COL or any cash by the way. I got plenty of junk however. I think the game is going toward cash only.

Yup, I've been getting this a LOT the last few days. It seems like I have periods of time where I can watch them all without any problems, and periods where I have to click a gazillion times to get one ad to come up. Beyond tired of it.

The short answer is "yes."

There is definitely a problem with Ads. Like many other Yos, I've had no ads since last year. Just a big black box with blinking white dots.

Yes this! I have not had ads since at least September of last year and they barely functioned at that time. Get used to it because BVG has no intention of fixing this or giving us an alternative that makes us the same amount of coins and cash that the ads provided.

I've not had any for ages

I haven't been able to watch it for a long time. It used to work every time I tried, but it hasn't worked at all for the last month or so. I also reported it, but unfortunately it didn't work.

i haven't been able to view any ads since the end of october, 2024. no help at all from bvg support. i am beyond caring about ads now. they do not exist in my yo reality. just another broken feature for me.

EXACTLY! I haven't had ads since October 2024 (and there were 'problems' before that.) Supposedly they've been 'looking into it' but you can be sure that if they weren't getting paid for us sitting through ads they would have DONE something. They just don't care if many of us don't get them while others do.
