Ok so you guys no my delimma about limited abilities playing on my phone. So I bought a pc to be able to gift my items as phone won't allow. But I deleted my Facebook when we went Yoworld app and I cannot find yoworld app to download on pc anywhere. It only leads me to Facebook app. Does anyone know how I can get the yoworld app for non Facebook players.. I put in tickets but never get response except that they received my ticket. Im so frustrated. I bought a laptop top so I can gift my items instead of losing all that yc and years of items for nothing. Sorry. I've not been on forum for years and now im bugging everyone.

Should just be able to log in at https://yoworld.com/

That's what I thought. But I try to do that and it takes me to where I need to log into my Facebook account.. which i deleted when game didn't need Facebook to play anymore. I tried online search for the app with crown like I have on phone but only find Facebook link to Yo. I can't win. Im so frustrated at this point I just c want to delete it. But there's so many old and valuable items as well as new and lots of coin and yc I wanted to leave for someone to use and I keep hitting brick walls.

If you remember your log-in credentials for Facebook (email and password) that should work to get you logged in to YW via the website yoworld.com.

If don't know either of them then send BVG a detailed email at [email protected] to ask for assistance.

Please keep in mind that the support team is working though a backlog of tickets so it may take a little time before you hear back.

I dropped Facebook when app didn't need it anymore. I've just been playing from app on my phone. I just sent link from Demona to my email so I can down load it from there to my new laptop. Gonna try that. Ty

its not a download
you know what a browser is right ?
and you know how to use your browser to go to a website , well yoworld.com is just that a website
login using your email address which will be something like [email protected] and a password which you might need to log into your email account so you can verify it

If you were using the app with the crown your login and password is the same when logging into https://yoworld.com/ in your browser! If that isn't working for you, then you will have to contact support and email them directly at [email protected]!
