The new hair says 9 yc but when I click on it to buy it, it says 18YC.

I bought like 5 , I sent a ticket ..

It sucks. I saw the wrong price on the pop up and didn't buy. And there are hardly any regular colors in the AH because lots of others didn't buy as well. So I'd like to pick up one or two but not overpaying for a hair that will be worthless by tomorrow.

I did purchase the new hair thinking that the price would correct itself from 18 yocash to 9 yocash but it did not What happens now???? Can someone please help us? Do we all have to send a ticket? I sent the ticket today. I hope they fix it. I sent the screen shot as well

I do not think anyone should be sending tickets because BVG always fix these glitches without tickets and then gives people back there yocash. Getting mad over something that can be fixed is not worth the stress levels.

relax, it's been reported -- when someone with clearance see's this they will go in and correct it.

Not telling anyone how they were feeling and, plus, the post above said everyone sent tickets. Just that we do not need to spam their ticket system with the same issues when they will refund anyone that bought these boxes without sending a ticket. There are many players who are sending tickets that really need help ASAP and the ticket system is just getting overworked and, yes, still stand by my comment never get mad because it will stress you out, because once BVG opens their doors, the issue will be dealt with and everyone gets their cash back. If they sell items at a cheaper price by mistake, they let people keep the items and if there is a pricing error, they let people keep them. Pricing errors they always fix and refund money!. I have been on the forums for a long time now and have hardly seen BVG refuse to fix pricing errors and perfect example raffle tickets mistake they knew about it and still let players keep items so things like this game be delt with by discord and forums because BVG needs to find away to reduce there tickets so that things dont go missing in the ticket system or someone waiting weeks to get back into there accounts!
