I admit my inventory is huge - but when I search for things I know I have - they don't come up. If I go in the auction house I can view my Burlesque floors & wallpapers, but when I search my inventory they don't show up. When I try to use them they don't show up. I search for quite a few things now and they don't come up in my inventory - is anyone else having this issue? I have written BVG twice and they have not responded about my floors - and now I see it's many other items.

I too have had the same issue and was advised by a Viking to use the "New Editor"
If I can't find a wallpaper or flooring I use that save in room then go back to the old editor

I also have this problem - it started when BVG took over - and I am still missing several surface items. All of my original Mafia surface items and some Halloween surface items are definitely gone. These surfaces are still in the homes that they were used in but I cannot change those wallpaper and flooring items or I will lose them forever. I have a lot of homes so I would have to go to each room individually to tally up the missing items and they cannot be replaced according to the response that BVG sent to me when I sent in a ticket. In the reply to the ticket that I sent BVG regarding this matter I was told that they cannot replace certain surface items but I need to remember that the Halloween Horror House (Deadland) was only 1 cent - "can you believe that great deal?" - so I am lucky that these surfaces remain in my homes. In other word, tough luck.

If any of your items are YoVille related you have a very slim chance of recovering them. I'm sorry that this happened to you

Im sorry --

first of all -- they can do anything, so they could in fact replace what is missing

what they might want to tell us is what our max allotment of space is - how close we are to the storage limits and offer us tips.

I remove things that I know I will never use or are in the store; wall and floors unless not in store I no longer carry around because I would rather use my storage space for other things

I hope we all can get to a better place with this storage issue - good luck with support and hope you can come to some sort of fix quickly (often it takes a while, but missing items have often just reappeared down the road)

Mistyfied, I too thought that they could replace anything but my items were not replaceable due to the fact that some were from a limited deal. I have no idea why the Mafia items couldn't be replaced. While my response from BVG was prompt and kind they told me that my items were gone for good. When I look at my room in the Deadland home it shows the OG beach wallpaper where my missing wallpapers should show up. I wish that my things could be replaced but certain things cannot be done.

Ii think this is ridiculous. Sorry you're going through the same thing. I was told in the past when I asked them to re-release the Spies home that the files were lost in the sale. You would think they could recreate anything. As for the amount of inventory we can have - yes please let us know - and stop putting exclusive items in those friend visit chests. This new costume you have to get some of the parts in visit chests - so I had to open hundreds of boxes that I didn't want to open - and then if I try to delete the stuff my game keeps freezing every time I try to edit. Very annoying. Have I reached the end of my Yoworld experience? It's funny basically all I can do in this game is spend money - naturally nothing will interfere with that.

I understand what you are saying -- I'm all for some transparency from BVG about the endless inventory issues some have the others do not -

I would however hang in there for a bit, give our team a chance - we have had some shifts; and they are trying out new way of trying to look at this ...........
all is lost if the player's selected can not get it through to those calling the shots at BVG. I do so want to believe they will do all they can to help things like this be resolved once and for all (but I fear those players are going be holding the bag when management continues to do what has never worked and cost them hundreds of thousands of players)

I have been here since 2010 - and I have spent a fortune on this game. I have never and will never purchase outside of the game - I have been a loyal supporter. I would think they could be more helpful than just telling me use Google Chrome.
