i have old youville account i cann0t access when i try log onto fb it says email doesnt have account i can get on my old accounts rooms from my friends list name is davina high lvl is it possible i could get my old account items transfered to this account xxx or get my yoworld back xxx spent loads money and yrs on davina she lvl 322

Hey! You should definitely send a ticket to BVG using the Help button in the game.

In your ticket, include as much info as you can about your old account — like the player ID, level, nickname, and any email addresses you might’ve linked to it (support email or Facebook email).

Explain what happened and how you lost access. They usually take a while to respond, so just be patient. If it’s a really old account and wasn’t migrated properly from Zynga to BVG, it might be harder to recover or even impossible — but there’s still hope. So send that ticket and fingers crossed! :thumbsup:
