i have a account on yoville my caractor name is DAVINA she is lvl 291 i used to trade with her on forum and chat is there anyway i can get her account details buy name i cannot remember the email i used to log her in this is her number on forum 112556137 i put surport ticket in 4 days ago includeing photo of character had no reply how long does a surport ticket take plz

It took 2 weeks for them to reply my ticket, so you're gonna have to wait a little longer probably

I'm not sure what's going on here but what I do know is that players are only allowed one forum a/c

If you have more than one (you are on an account that has an identical level to the other account you speak of) that is against the forum rules of conduct - thread here:

I didn’t have more than 1 account. I had to remake a new account as I could not get access to my old account. I’ve not been on my 1st account in about. 5yrs or more. I’m trying to access my original account.

There is no specific timescale for ticket replies, unfortunately

How long it takes depends on the number of tickets they're dealing with generally, and the complexity of your particular issue

It's best not to send another one about the same issue as it will reset your progress and send you to the back of the queue again :thumbsup:

Ty so much for reply id really like to get my original account back. As it has very rare items and houses. I lost account. Cos my original Facebook was hacked so account was blocked and I had to re start from scratch. Xxx.
