Not a clue what or who you are talking about but I consider Tina Turner a legend, Billy Holiday, Janis Joplin.

I think it’s just a female modeling the hair as there are no items corresponding to her.

I THINK I may have figured it out (actually I googled what celebs passed in 2025 & found an oddly close match)

Michelle Trachtenberg. She played Dawn on BTVS. Even if it's not the right guess, it looks close enough I think.

I think the hair is supposed to mimic Ozzy's hairstyle.
