The first gem bar prize can't be placed in any room. It just disappears & snaps back into the inventory.

I been posting in game to figure out what it is, I have nothing in my inventory nor my clothing collection. Someone said it was a module room like we got or free a few days ago. I went to the realtor and couldn't purchase another free one. SHRUGS free air I guess

I found it after you told me what it was in the EAUtiers thread. But I tried to place it in a room and it's gone again.

The story is actually a little longer than that. I tried to pull it into the Pet Hotel entry. It wouldn't go.
So, I tried a Broadway ave. It registered decorating points, but didn't show on the ave.
But when I searched inventory 'In Use' it said it was there...


But then displayed this, like it was a nitro or something consumable, when I tried to find out what room the game thought it was in.


So I tried 'clear room' and before I saved it, there it was in inventory.


But then I saved the now clear room and now it's just gone!

mini putt grass cutout EAU2025 . A prize is not really a prize if it can't be used. While I'm here SLOTS rum barrel # 4 does the same thing. Bought one in the AH & couldn't place that either.

I couldn't find mine at all in inventory yesterday and thought I was losing it. Today it's showing in inventory, but not placeable. I think someone on Discord mentioned it's a holiday in Canada so they're off today. Hopefully they'll fix it soon. Thanks for the heads up on the barrel. SMH. And those look like they should be a little coin item in the store and not a casino item, but that is a whole other rant.

Ok, I see what the problem is. You should be getting four of the grass cutouts added, but instead, it's granting the container with those cutouts, which can't be used.

I've let the team know so we can get this fixed ASAP.

So, unfortunately, there's a little bit of a hoop we're going to need to go through to get you your rewards. As the tool doesn't allow for these item packs to be granted, what you'll need to do is just click THIS LINK. Click this will grant you four of the Grass Cut Outs.

This is going to be added to a Beamer post in-game for everyone to claim, but I wanted to share it here first since you alerted us to the issue.

You can delete the four-pack item that you have in your inventory, as it is not needed.
