Same. I think it is just delayed, because I experienced it many times yesterday when purchasing YC Deals. The hair and cash will appear in about 5 minutes later.

Edit: Hmm, it seems to take a long time! Almost 10 minutes already! I don't even know which hair I got!

It seems that no Viking is checking the Forum. If they will be absent until the weekend is over, the deal will be over as well.

Not buying anymore hair until I got my Hair and YC.

Moderator Peeky wrote that the team is aware of this. I just can't believe that they did not fix it even if it is the weekend. No post from any Viking either to address this issue. Why after spending REAL money I have to deal with this and submit a ticket?

They should be more serious when it involves real money. Businesses should still keep their business integrity. Weekend is no excuse as we already paid for the purchase. They should have made things right as soon as they are aware of it. They should have contacted the person/s in charge, weekend or not. That is true business. This deal is offered on the weekend, so they should be responsible for it on the weekend as well. Now, it seems like a hit and run for me.


I just cannot believe this.

I haven't purchased any yet from this new deal, but this happened to me with the last deal. I purchased a $4.99 bundle and thought maybe I had accidentally cancelled it, so I purchased another. After waiting and refreshing, both purchases did show up. I'm glad I saw this ahead of time as a reminder!

This is unacceptable. Part of the game is buying to pump up coins. This is one of the ways I get coins is to buy items like these and then sell part of them. If I had bought this expecting to sell off one or two I would be screwed. No one wants to wait 3 days while someone comes back from the weekend. WE PLAY ALL WEEKEND. :grr :grr :grr

Exactly!

At least with Apple and Amazon, if the delivery is going to be delayed even by just one day, they give us the right to ask for a refund and will be refunded within 48 hours.

This has been a peeve of mine since BVG took over. If they want us to spend 24/7, then at least 1 person within BVG should be available to fix game malfunctions. And that should include nights, weekends & holidays. If that is not feasable, then they should do all their releases M-F in the morning so that if there is a glitch someone can at least acknowledge & start to address it that same day.
