We say, dont do a forever thing for a temporary issue - the only thing you can always count on is change .... what is here today will not be the same tomorrow - I promise.
And really, with auto immune illnesses now linked to mood disorders; a trip to the doctor might be just the push you need to make changes in your physical health that will lift the chemical storms.
Be kind to yourself, you are the only you you are going to have lol you lol

So are you still having issues trying to wear it? I hope not.
I like that it is big, so the words on it can be easily read.
Sad thing is, to this day, there is still a stigma on anything not even close to "mental" disorders such as any of the 10 personality disorders, making people tend to either run away as far as possible from such topic, or be in self-denial when they encounter an issue that the public judge as "mental". There is no such thing, literally, as "mental", since ALL disorders are actually biological or biochemical. You can see from the number of people reacting to this thread or give appraisals to BVG's release of this item, it was as if connecting themselves with this topic might indicate that they had "mental" issues. This is sad.
If I remember correctly, there are at least two people here who wrote in the past, that their son/daughter had committed suicide, and successfully

I do hope that the last one was really the last, ever, and that this free item had somehow reminded everyone here to take this as a very serious issue.
Therefore once again, thank you, BVG, and please keep up the good work of trying to save lives, be they human or non-human
