I hope your ticket is answered soon.

Something's definitely wrong cause I always hear back within a few days, that's remained consistent for the 15 years of play and now 3 tickets not responded to for several weeks. Bugs during jobs where I can't move room to room, and a bug with storylines where the latest story disappeared so I couldn't complete it when I got around to it.

That shouldn't happen. You should definitely get the automated response. Could you please try submitting it again and see what happens?

Andrew, I recently found ticket responses in the junk mail folder, and it said something about being "unverified". Emails from BVG don't usually go to my junk mail, and it's the first time they've shown as unverified. Perhaps that is related to the issue mentioned above?
