Okay I am aware that people scam others by saying if u get the right number(dice) or the right color on the spin wheel then they'll double ur bet but never do!

Now I am curious if this is even allowed to be done, if you're are legitimately paying people if they really win? And even if they reported you because they were mad, what would happen?

If you are legitimately paying them, then I don't see what rule it would break. It's just a type of contest really.

I mean if you're legit paying people and the person loses.. it's not scamming.. it's gambling.. is gambling against the TOS

The thing is, there are so many scamming events that include the old "Dice and Roll", which makes it harder for others believing the legit ones. That is why I'd hold back from those kinds of events for a while. :)

Well I was thinking that, It may be hard to convince some people, but with a msg box and a a few friends it could help get it started....You gotta build trust somewhere.

Ya, but others can report your event without even bothering to join to see if its the real deal. That is why I say hold back, because you can get a bunch of reports for an event thats not even a scam.

Well u could post in contest, or post as just contests and games, and nobody would know until they came. and Im hoping that BVG doesnt remove ppl for just a ton of reports unless their all legitmate and i would hope BVG would investigate it more. But I agree, I dont want to get shut down and even go thru a 7 day process trying to get my account back.

This is a good point.

While it may not technically be against the rules, my advice would be not to try it.
