When I finally got tired of changing the furniture around in my apartment and figured out there was an "outside" I was invited to see someone's house outside of Alton Towers. After touring her house and oohing and ahing over everything I was seeing, I spotted the one item I would give all of the coins I had for! I just had the starter money because I hadn't found the factory or store yet.
The lovely lady asked me if I needed anything and all I was hoping was that she had an extra toaster! She did, and gifted me with one. I still giggle over the thrill I had over my first gift and understand why she was LOLing.

Honky Tonk Lights. I was unaware that there were items for sale at the music store, so when I saw them at an event I paid the whole 1k I had saved for them. :lol:

The bolt make-up, I missed them when they were out the first time. I saved up 1m coins which took ages and spent the 650k they were going for when I wanted one on one. I was so excited. My first ever big Yo purchase. I still have it.

Mafia shoes. I saved up and had to have a male friend buy them for me at the store (back when females couldn't shop in the male store and vice versa). I still have them.

Yes! It was a Christmas tree. I started in December and I hardly had any coins yet and I wanted a Christmas tree so badly. So I entered a contest, and you had to tell why you deserved the Prize tree, and I said because Christmas is my birthday and it was my first Christmas in Yo, and I don't have enough to buy my own tree yet. I won

Still have the tree too.

Other than saving like crazy to afford my Gothic House, the first thing I saved and bought from someone else was the 08 Female Sailor...before re-release. She was 400k at the time...I thought I was gonna pass out after buying her. That was A LOT for me. lol

One of the first things I really wanted was the wine tub. I think I bought it for 10,000 coins (or something like that) and it took me forever to save up that much.
