Creating more than 1 thread on the same topic isn't going to help any. To update your avatar, try clearing your browser cache. Hopefully someone else can help you with a signature (I don't have one).

to update you signature you must edit you character in game - then log in and out of the forum. There is a help section in the forum. You can learn how to update your signature etc in there.

If you're using an image for your signature you can upload it to a website like tinypic.com and then copy and paste the image code into the signature section of the user control panel here at the forum.

Here's an example of what the image code looks like at tinypic after you upload an image to their website. I've circled it in red. You would just copy that code after you've uploaded your picture and then paste it into your signature.
