So I made an event called "free money owner jordo"

People came in and traded me.
It seemed that they couldn't see the money and I couldn't see their 10c so FINALLY one girl got it to work and I gave her 50k. One guy called me names such as "phony, pathetic, a "butt" hole, and worthless" because he thought I was a fake. I ended up giving 5 people 50k. 2 of the 5 PMed me and asked for more. I always try to be a positive person, but today I realized how negative, needy, and rude people are in this game! Just a story to share!

Depressing distressing story.
It is sad that we have so many negative and rude ones in game.
It makes me stick to playing with friends only.
I hope the LOVE returns to Yo one day. We used to be such a warm, giving, caring and loving community.

I hate seeing an act of kindness being met with greed or rudeness. But that's become par for the course lately

That was nice of you to do, it's a shame it got spoiled by greed. Reminds me of the saying "No good deed goes unpunished."

I find that kindness in this games tends to work mostly on the people that take the time to be around the forums. Most people in game from past and newer experiences, are like hungry hungry hippos.

It's cool that you tried though.

Right? Apparently I missed that day. It's quite a change from old school Yo. It's a shame people are like that..

I agree with everyone..ALOT of RUDE people but good friends always make up for all that negative in the game!

When i feel giving... i just do a contest. Or make up a random game. Then they kinda have to work for it a little and u know they are not gonna be a pain

It is plain out rude, but you're pretty much putting up a sign saying "YO WELFARE SERVICE!"
The majority of the people on "Welfare" are going to use that welfare, indeed.

Jordo, you are a super nice guy. Don't let it get to you. Even if there are a few negative people, you're still doing something good and you should feel good about that.

You have to weed through the bad seeds to find the few good ones. And, when you do find them, you'll discover the journey was worth it.

Well if that guy was calling you all those names. He didn't deserve your help. And like I made a comment in another post. The ones I help are the ones that are making an effort by trying to sell items. Those are the legit people in my opinion that are really trying to make some coins. Anyways I love hopping new peoples events and as long as they're nice I help them out I use to give to some of those that asked for coins and stuff. Not no more. I give to those who try.
