I assume it did little good and just added complications and costs on their side with little true benefit, with no type of verification from the Facebook side too many people lied about their age, used a fake account or played on a parents account.

Great for families I suppose

other games manage without a place just for adults

I say lets flip this thing and make a teen only space, verified maybe w/ a school id ?

There is something in writing on this by the Vikings.
Something about it being a lot of trouble to maintain.

This is what I found on Yoworld.com about the Kids/Adult server split

"Live Chat FAQ

We still want to do our live chat, however timing issues have meant we’ve had to delay it for now. Rather than waiting to answer your questions, we’re going to answer as many as we can here, and then we will try to arrange another event at a later date which is more interactive.

Will there still be a kids/adult server split?

We found the system that was in place for this to create more problems than it solved, both for players and for us. However, we do recognize the desire for some to be able to get shield themselves from younger players, and we’ll be working on ways to do this.

I really don't see any difference than before we got adult and kids server, it remains the same, i can say that it has been more quite so far than before.

erm, geezie but NOT the case

Greg said that at this point they would like to work out something - so that that servers arent limited but they would meet the needs of adults wishing to avoid the teen population

I'm saying flip it ... the group that I feel would benefit the most from their own adult free space would be teens, where they could 123 themselves silly.

I think that EVERYONE should act responsibly. I don't see a need for separate servers. If adults want to hang out with ONLY adults, know who you are playing with.

I haven't had any problems with anyone and I'm on a lot of hours. Just wonder where some ppl hangout to find the annoying ones. Guess you're doing it wrong?

Well they did say it caused more problems than it solved having the servers separated.

Maybe instead of Alton's they could change some of the non-used areas (Coffee Shop/ Nightclub/Race Track) and make a teen chat zone and an adult chat zone with some new features to attract users to the areas.
