After a year long break from Yoville, I decided to start playing again after the BVG takeover from Zynga. When I used to play, I had a very small, select group of close friends however most of them no longer play or very rarely play Yoworld now. I was looking to join some sort of Social Club to get introduced to other players. I'm a regular '08/09 Auction' and 'Costume Trade Center' goer but often find myself ignored by the other auction goers as their yoscoial circles are set in stone now and no one there seems interested in talking to new people as most of them already know each other, so I'm kind of the outsider. If you are part of some sort of Social Club let me know becuase Yoworld is a boring place when you have no one to interact with.

I don't have a social club, but there's some fun forum parties that happen once in a while. You should come by.

why don't you just make friends, nobody needs to be in a social club.

Well there's lots of nice people here. I wouldn't do that. I know JorDo up there wouldn't do it either.

Ive had that happen alot of times. It still does occasionally. it sucks. if ya want someone to chat with some, hit me up!

I think I'll just start using the forums a lot more now. Back in the day I very rarely ever used the forums but the standard seems to have improved by a mile! And of course, the friendly people on here is always a bonus!

I have a GREAT group of eclectic friends. You are welcome to add me and join up with me any time.

If you are only interested in talking about buying and selling '08s, then that might be part of your problem in the social part of the game. As my daughter tells me "that's so lame, you are stuck in the past". I mean no offense to you, I don't know you. That's just what my daughter (who also plays the game) tells me. :ugeek:

We sometimes trade each other, host sales, auctions and endlessly search for old Egyptian and Zen themed items, but we also talk about and do a variety of other things in game.

I don't belong to any social clubs but I see events looking for people to join things. I mention that because i do not think that is the way to find friends. I have no idea what they mean when they advertise that you can join their crew and get paid.
Anyhow, I was at a party today that someone had and announced here. It was nice to get to talk off the forum to folks. I suggest starting that way.
