Why has the FB Credits Options gone ?

This was the only way your Player's could buy from a lot of places and then pay via this method.

The Zynga Gift Cards weren't as widely available and now it seems you will only allow Card Payment or PayPal, Please explain yourselves as I know of people who have gone out today to buy FB Gift Card's then found they can't use FB Credits in the YoWorld for payment.

You need to fix this as you will lose players.

It seems the Option sometimes appear, only after you select the amount of YC you want, but the standard $25 amount is no more as I believe the Gift Cards are $10 and $25 one's.

The Option use to come up before and showed how much FB Credits you have and then you could choose the right YC amount.

This is true, there used to be the option to buy with phone credit if needed (I honestly never bought YoCash before, but I wish I could now because I don't have any YoCash and I want to buy the unreleased items), I don't own a credit card and honestly don't need it for real life for the time being, and here even buying PayPal money is difficult without a bank account.

Yes, as above
The advantage of Easier FB Credits Options better for those who ca see how much they spending and Kids can't make mistakes with Parents or Relatives Card details, if they are left on by mistake.

Least with Gift Card Options, you can see what you can afford and learn to control your buying.

I love FB Creds cause they made me personally feel safer.I don't like giving out my Bank Card numbers.I would buy $10 cards every time I had extra cash as a Single Mom on a tight budget.lol sometimes those $10 cards added up fast but made it easier to add to my kids account y mine with confidence

Can you explain this issue more?

If you buy a Facebook gamecard, you can redeem it here: https://www.facebook.com/gamecards

The money will be added to your Facebook account, which you can then use to buy YoCash or YoCoins.

Which part of this process is no longer working for you?

We used to be able to just buy facebook credits that could then be used to buy cash/coins/etc through any game played via the facebook platform. I think that might be what he is referring to.

You use to have the a Facebook Credits Balance on he first Payment screen, then you knew which is the right YC Option to choose.

What is happening is, people are getting scared when all they see is Card and other Payment Options first.

It is only on the last stage now, your FB Credits are taken.

It would be far better for it to show the FB Credits and Pay with those Credits on the first screen.

Also there use to be the match up with the right amount of FB Gift Card e.g the $10 and $25 amount, but now there is $19.90 but no $25.

Hope this explains it.

Makes more room for scamming, I see it already and people know not to fall for it because the feature isnt available, but if it does become available again then people will fall for it....

You buy the Facebook Gift cards from Real Stores and Shops, but they are normally either $10/£10 or $25/£25.

I know the UK one's never match up, but the $ one's always did.

Ah ok I see. Well, I always have a few pennies left over...........doesn't matter really. You just keep buying the FB cards and eventually those pennies add up to dollars and soon you have enough to buy yc with...........I would rather get 115yc for 19.90 and have a dime left over, than get 105 yc for an even $20. With their sale price, you get an extra 5yc and have a dime left to boot!! lol..........It all works out in the end.

Hi Gary! I don't remember how the options were in YoVille, but in FarmVille for example there are many options:

If you could please include the option to buy through mobile, because at least in my case, that would be a last minute resource :D

Just be careful about , Pay by Mobile, as Kids need to be made clear, how easy it is to forget they could be on fixed plans and use up their money, then pay expensive tariff charges if they use, what they topped up the phone by.
