I really appreciate that you worked long into the night and today to fix the loading issues.
I was able to get in and change my hair! Woot! You guys are the best. You are responsive and that is unheard of.

Its great to here that your problem is resolved and you were able to change your hair (looks great by the way).

Now time for me to try and log back in and see if the freezing issue is still happening to me.

He helped me with a ticket I submitted for a problem I encountered with the AH. I really appreciated the fact that, not only did he help correct the issue, but the message he sent to let me know the issue had been resolved, was friendly, and personable, not just a "bot" like response. I don't know why, but that type of service goes a long way for me.

Ok I think I've figured out something. There is no way all of these BVG folks can really be working the hours they do, thus there must be two Johns, two Garys, two Gregs etc. They are obviously conducting secret cloning experiments in their basement lab.
