I hope the pricing we've been seeing on the avenue release and the new "unreleased" items today is nothing but a test for BVG to see what kind of pricing the market will withstand. The problem with that theory is that we're so desperate at this point for new items that we're willing to pay anything for something new.

I don't believe this is a fair example of what we will pay once releases are set out in the future and we haven't been waiting for this long to see something new pop into the stores.

Eager to see what they do with the next release as far as pricing....

I'm not desperate for new items that I'll just pay whatever. If I like it, I buy it. Simple as that.

Really? I think the main thing is they were trying to appease the yo-people till they are ready to come out with their designs....

I agree with you but I keep reading all the posts about how so many feel that urgency to have new things. I'm perfectly content with waiting. I'm still enjoying the old stuff in the store. lol

That probably plays into it as well.

Me too! I've been buying items from old themes that I overlooked in the past. :lol:

I agree on the testing. Of course we'll buy limes or a 10c pr of shoes but will we buy a $9 pr of pants or a $4 pr of shoes?
One thing's for sure, lots of coin options so you dont have to.

The items released were items that a lot of people wanted as a status symbol. I personally didn't like any so I didn't buy any. Those that wanted them bought them. Its just like any theme to me
