I've seen it done. I think as long as it is no bigger than a siggy is suppose to be and not an inappropriate pic or wording...it's your siggy and you can put what you want in it

The only thing I'm not sure about is the use of animation...I've seen some with it, but I kind of remember reading that it's not allowed. My siggy had it in, and I took it down because I didn't want to go against the rules. Have to ask Gary about this.
