I have some new year items I can look them up on a price guide but it says "in store" because they are VIP items , well I never had VIP so I've got them from a sale or AH possibly.
Anyway how do I know what they approximately sell for if no one has them up in AH and the guides say "in store"?
The Modern theme appears on one guide as "in store" too btw.
Everyone is talking about the guides prices well what do we do with the items that don't have an approximate price and should ?

Me, personally, I'd look for a bit to see if anyone else is selling in-game or on the forum to get a starting point. If not, I'd probably just look at whatever it cost in YoCash, multiply it by the YoCash rate and then probably add 50k on top of it. I always start a bit high and if it doesn't sell, either lower the price or hold onto it until it's popular.

yep that what most sellers would do, start high then go down a bit until it sold. if its a cool item, maybe wait some more before selling. you can probably at least add 20% to what the guide says on anything.

%20 of nothing ?? LoL that's what I'm saying there is no price on some items they say in store and aren't, I've no idea what they cost in VIP section never had VIP only way I have of knowing is the sell back to game price and that don't work on yc items

VIP items are just who you sell to. I bought a VIP Halloween mirror for 120k ... I bought that same mirror for 10k!!

I start with what would I pay for it ...

Personally I tend to sell a bit low, so I dont have a lot of time wrapped up in trying to make a few coins...

Oh, I like the auction house too ....... just makes it a faster and easier go of things.

May be some forum members who had VIP items can let you know what those xmas items cost originally if you let them know the name of the item. Then you can determine what price you want to sell it for. GL and HAGD! :-)
edit. Not xmas items, but New Years items. sorry...lol
