While playing yesterday, a player created an event stating that he was selling White Gold Ninja's hair. I was skeptical of this, so I went to the event. Not only did he show me the hair in Trade, but he also wore it. I am wondering as of why these are still in-game? And will it ever be released to players?

Check the hair salon it is available for purchase in there.

You are not a fool, the guy who tried to sell you the hair yesterday was probably trying to offload it as he like many others was worried about it being released into game.
So he tried to offload it to some unsuspecting mug willing to overpay for it....You Sir had a lucky escape
