I go to sales and i see water puddles several,and I ask hm and they don,t see them. Now I see them at almost all sales. Why and what are they? They look like little water spouts.

Never seen it. Must be some kind of glitch. I haven't seen that since the old water balloon trick days.

maybe take a screen shot next time but it sounds like your internet connection may be a bit bad.
