I wanted to add a little information into the mix so it can be looked at going forward. Like many others, I am still unable to load into the game using my normal FB bookmark for the game. It gets to "Loading Furniture" and stalls at varying percentages, However, if I click through on the factory link ( https://apps.facebook.com/playyoworld/i ... ne=factory ) I get in just fine.
Here is where the real rub is though... Once in game I let it load fully so I see my online buddy count, etc. I can go to the shops, visit someone on my buddy list or go to an event just fine. BUT, if I click my "Home" button the game stalls again and I have to reload. This is EXACTLY what happened to me just before you guys took the game over and it continued through the relaunch. At that time I found my own fix for the issue. I had to have a friend log into my account from a totally different IP address, go to my apartment and remove any animated items from the default room you load into. Once they did that for me, it cleared whatever the glitch was and I have been able to log into the game using the FB bookmark ever since.
Fast forward to this issue relating to the high server load that caused game not to load for most of us. The game once again will not let me get to my default home. I have not added any animated items to that room or home since it was fixed last time so the animated item thing doesn't appear to be the root cause of what's going on. I am going to get a friend to log into my account again and see if they can get into my apartment after having loaded on a different IP address. If they can, then we can reasonable assume that this "problem" relates to the IP address a person logged in from on an affected account. I'll let you know what happens shortly....

Update:

I just had a friend log in on my FB then open Yo using the bookmark, it was a no go. She DID get in using the factory link, just as I can do myself. She to found that she cannot get to my default home at all, each time she tried she got a white screen and froze. It should also be noted that if anyone clicks on me in game then clicks to go to my apartment, they will freeze up as well and have to reload. There is DEFINITELY an issue that relates solely to the default room you load into. Please have the coders look at what's going on.

Do you have more than one home? If so have a friend visit another one of your homes and then poof to them...change your default home and try logging in again.

Yes Kenzie, I had to do that before when I couldn't get to default apartment. It should work good, but still can't get to my apartment and they need to figure out why. Thanks for the suggestion though.

UPDATE:

I did just have a friend visit my auction house, I poofed to her then set that as my default. I left game, went back into the game using my FB bookmark and VIOLA!.... I got in just fine to THAT default location. The only issue now is that I still can't get to my apartment. Please fix, I love that place!

weird.... Bump. Hope you get this resolved

I have a ranch house I haven't been able to get to for almost two years. I wrote zynga about it and got a few messages about how they were looking into it and passing the problem up the line but I never got back a resolution. The items in the front room (which is the yard) were in my inventory and that is what made me go check that house. All it would do is load load load for my friends also. Finally I got a link to another room in the house so I could go in and get the items from the other rooms. Since it was a ranch house I just decided to redo it in another ranch house.

Bumping for you. What a major shame. I made an apartment link for you using your player ID and tried to get to your apartment myself and you're absolutely right. Once it hit loading room, it completely froze. I tried several times. I hope BVG can resolve this for you.

Sorry to hear of your issue, I'm also in the same predicament. Hopefully they will fix it soon

Thank you all, for your input and well wishes. I have every faith that BVG is working hard to fix ALL the glitches. It's my hope that they will get enough input from us players that will allow them to ferret out the root cause of such things. One thing I see as an impediment to progress is how people report and the quality of those reports. It's sooo important that you can write a clear, concise description of the issue with good grammar, etc. Most of the time I just see a bunch of "wah wah wah" but without any clear explanation of the issue, what has been tried to resolve, etc.

Update:

Using my apartment link and changing it to Kitchen instead of Living, I can finally load into my apartment. However, if I try to go from there to the Living Room,. the game freezes again and I have to reload. The same happens if I change the link to Bedroom (this should be the default front bedroom). I do have a music player in each room, so I'm wondering if the music player could be causing the problem? Does anyone have a list of the other room names within the apartment? I want to see if I can load into the back bedroom or the bathrooms, all of which have no animations and no music players.

It's Meleagris', I think. Yes, going to yours...it got stuck at 69%.

I can't get to my apartment either... every time I click to go there it stats loading.. then the screen goes white and I have to reload yoworld.. this does need to be fixed.. and I hope everything stays intact 0.o

There is "hall of of friends", "guest bedroom", "guest bathroom".

Could it be that an item is causing the problem? There was a similar issue with a free gift that was causing the same issue when placed in homes! The gift was a animated candle in a bottle!! Hope ya problem gets resolved!

I have a music player that's always on and I got into my apt. right away. It must be a different item. Hope you get this resolved.
