I started playing when BVG took over and I only collect 500 coins each time i go to the factory because I cant add crew since the feature has been disabled. I have sent a ticket without any reply. It is very hard to save any coins for purchases with that being the main way to earn any.

Also, has there been any statement from BVG as to whether they are going to bring back the special delivery boxes, chests, and stuff like that again? I heard they were a good way to earn coins also.
