Gifting people is a pain in the butt.

It took me ten minutes to pull up an item I wanted to gift someone and as soon as I hit "send" I got the message that my connection was lost. Sucks!!!!

that's why we need closets.. one for floors and walls. one for furniture and one for clothes.. It takes too long to gift and the lag.. ugh

Gifting for me has been a pain for weeks. I can only gift certain friends 4 gifts every 4-5 days. It's quite annoying! Submitted two tickets, but nothing has changed yet.

when i am gifting i have to sit a minute and look thru my " yellow box" invo to get the exact name of the item i am gifting, so i can just search for it, it still takes time to load but, i understand your frustration, it takes along time to gift!!

try google chrome for connection and loading issues. for me, I have never had the game run better!

I use chrome and I still get dc'd and have my chat stop working all the time. Hopefully in time they will upgrade their servers and we'll see less of this. It is a pain in the bum to have something like this happen for sure.

Not sure but I think all those issues are because of the flash technology itself. May be what devs can do to improve loading - lag problems are limited.

Oh yes, the pain of waiting for the items to show up. I feel your pain!

I dont think we would use them, think of the hassle to put the stuff you buy into a closet and think of those of us with multiple homes. we would leave our stuff in a trailer closet and forget its there. or if u enter a pageant u might forget your Favorite wig is back home in a closet so no, no closets

I agree! I wanted to gift my mother some items and it took forever to gift just the one item let alone another three! I gave up after the first one and told her to meet me at my apt and to do a trade instead! UGH!
It is so frustrating as I used to love gifting random strangers but now i can't be bothered to wade through the lag and wait and hope it works!

That is frustrating, nice that you were gifting someone though.. like the outfit btw.

I feel like our inventories used to load progressively, a little at a time...ie. if you scrolled down, you could see items as they were loading, one row at a time. Now my screen freezes and I have to wait at least 5 minutes before it's unfrozen, and my whole inventory is then loaded. So I wonder if they switched something, so that instead of our inventories loading a little at a time, we now just have to wait until the entire thing is loaded before we can access anything? It's been a real pain for gifting, for sure.
