Can anyone tell me what's up with the full scale houses. Before the transfer to viking I lost everything in my front yards, then after transfer I lost everything in them. thanks

I think it was more because Zynga failed to save the game data...than the FS houses. It's been stated that the last time Z actually saved the data was back around Thanksgiving. So many of us had rooms/houses revert back to how they were decorated last fall....items went back to inventory or even back to other houses if they'd been there before. Craziness.

Yipee, just went to a house that I had my stuff in before I moved it to a full scale house and it's all there. Thank you again Kenzie for your help!

One thing you can do is go to the room that you have lost stuff and even if in your screen room is empty click to edit room then click to clean the room so everything that is in the room will go in your inventory.

Some people have try this and it works for some not for all tho.

Anyways i have lost some furniture too (nothing big) but i haven't contact support since i don't really think that they will do anything about it so i don't know if you try to contact them if they will help you.

Yes indeed! I have heard this works for some & not everyone lost things ... It is sad for those who did because Zynga did not back things up properly :cry:

thanks guys, I will give that a try. I don't really want to bug Viking about it because I don't think it's their fault. I'm so grateful that they saved us and don't want to be a pain in their butt.

problem I have is.. I have around 100 homes.. and not exactly sure what or where to start looking for things..
