Hey YoFans,

Thanks for all your feedback on our new items. We're creating this post as we won't be able to respond to every thread about it, so please know we're reading your comments and taking them on board! Here are our answers to a few common questions/concerns:

Quality:

With these items, we wanted to establish a consistent detailed style that meshed well with the game. As it turns out, players seem to want something which is more consistent with previously released items, so we'll work with our art team on this. IMPORTANT NOTE: The store previews don't do the items justice, so make sure you preview them on your avatar. :)

Variety:

We created Canada Day and Fourth of July items simply because those holidays are occurring now, and people from that region want to celebrate. We know people in other parts of the world may not be as interested in these items, and they'll get their turn with other items too. And again, we can't release furniture just yet, but when we can it will be included in future releases.

Pricing:

When we took over the game, we had to contend with a rather large economy imbalance for new and legitimate players. We've taken many steps to address this, including banning hackers, releasing unreleased items and making coins 20 times less expensive than before. We're also working on more ways to earn yocoins too.

However, we fully intend for coin pricing to have a larger variance than before. Things that take longer to create will be more expensive, and items will be priced according to the market. That being said, we're still working out exactly how the pricing ends up, and your feedback is absolutely taken into account for future releases.
___

Thanks again for all of the constructive feedback we're received thus far, and all the kind words from players who liked the release too! Have a great night. :)

Thanks for clearing out some of our questions and explaining the reason for the difference in price of new items. As you said, some of us are not from there and will pass on this themes but we're looking forward our oppportunity as you well said.

I honestly just think the prices should be the way it was for unreleased items. Tiers going from cheap to expensive, coin and yocash hairs, glasses, and other accesories. 5 yocash for boots and 7 yocash for jeans is way too much to be honest. Thank you so much for the release though and thanks for listening to our feedback. The items look great when you put them on, just the pictures are a bit messy

Hoodies need to be lower in price, need to be more July 4th items, I hope this isn't the last of these themes. I really think you could improve on their designs.

This holiday has always been one of the hard ones to create and make players happy. Now HALLOWEEN Im hoping you guys are actually preparing now....lol......seriously....no really, Im dead serious.
I think you guys did a good job on first attempt. I am more proud by the fact you got the game cleaned up, although some issues seem to linger in the air now.
Pricing I have no issue with, I'm sure a lot will but to each their own.

Hi Gary, thanks for the new items as in releasing on our demand. We wanted new items and we got them thanks to you. My only concern is the hairs, we had this style long ago and many didn't feel that it ties in with what we've been having recently before the closure of Z's hands. My suggestion is that you see the most recent hairs that were released from Z and try to go and learn from those. Cant thank you enough for being with us. :)

You won't hear a peep of complaint out of me. It's the first release and you guys are doing a great job.

Thanks,

I think for a first release all the items were striking.

I do believe the hairs need some work as they fell a little unnaturally and could use more detail, but the colouration was beautiful and very new.

Quality, the quality is precious. I love the crispness of the items and the overall feel of them - I'm super excited for bigger themes with more items.

Prices, they were a little weird to be totally honest - I don't believe in any clothing (Shirts, jeans, shoes) being Yocash, but if that's something you want to do - I understand your point of view and will get used to it.

Variety, for a first release there were quite a lot of choices and I enjoyed scanning through them and seeing the variety.

Thank you so much for giving us these items and I am so excited for the future.

TY Gary for making a place for us to give feedback, so that everyone can read them. I saw so many threads and thought, oh geezzz, I can't read all of those, so I gave up.....
I took a quick gander at the new items then we lost power, so I'm about to run look again. I can't imagine the time crunch with a holiday approaching and you guys knowing the everyone is yelling for new stuff. I applaud your effort and know that with time, things will become better. I hope you guys have a great holiday up there in Canada. Now,, I'm going shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

I'd have zero issue with the pricing if the item quality was better. But some pricing is just, weird. 7yc for Canadian Glasses, 15yc for the American? 5yc for boots? We haven't had yc shoes since the Aviso days.

I understand that BVG and Z are two completely different companies and that your style will be different than Z's style and that's not the issue. The issue is with how cartoonish and juvenile the style is. That and the hairs look haphazardly and lazily done just to get something out into game.

I know quite a few people who left their wallets in their pocket or didn't go to their paypal account today to get more yocash...and these are people who used to buy yocash on every release.

Just my two cents :)

Thanks Gary c: I really love most of the items released today, I just wish there were more coin items and that those items were lower in price. I really like that you guys released stuff for both Canada Day and Fourth of July instead of just one or the other! Keep up the good work!!!

I like the release...you won't ever please everyone. You also got us used to tiered pricing so we were expecting that. All in all, I'm happy. Just can't decide whether to get the Canada hair yet or not. I bought most of the other stuff.
