We all know too well what a pain it can be to track down an item in one of our many storage houses (mostly yomarts). We also know that keeping everything in our inventory can cause major lags during trade. Dumping our inventory in our homes can also be pretty timely. It sometimes takes me all day. Emptying a room is easy now, so why can't emptying our inventory?
Suggestion: At the realtor's office, give the option to buy a storage lot. The size of your storage unit varies by cost. When visiting your storage unit and editing your room (chair symbol), you get the option to empty your inventory. Depending on the size of the unit, a specific number of items will automatically dump into your storage unit. Even better, you can access a list while in the storage unit that identifies by name all of your items and gives you the opportunity to put a single, several, or all items stored back into your inventory. I don't code, but i'm sure it's a task to undertake......but it sure would be awesome!!!

In Fishworld another BVG game they have a search option to be able to search for anything in any tank. They could do that in yo.

Storage is a must! The lag is out of control!

And wouldn't it be fun to be able to sell that storage unit as a "lot" just like in the TV show Storage Wars.

Just a note - when you 'overfill' a room, that will also cause lag when you try to enter the room.
Other than that, I like the idea of being able to say "FIll" and pick a category/theme and click on "Fill".
Or maybe "Fill" then choose specific types of items, like, all mirrors, or all "Mafia".
