As I walked to her, I could see how elated yet surprised she became... Somewhere, she did knew what was going to happen next. One does not simply, after 8 years of togetherness, put up such a huge arrangement for a petty dinner, right?

She smiled, and her lips moved to speak the first letter of my name. But all of the sudden, she was quiet again...

I whispered her name in a low voice, as I bent down on one knee. With a shocked face while she was admiring the moment that was going to change both of our lives forever, I was admiring that beautiful angel I wanted to be with for the rest of my life...

And now it was the time.
In a slow tone, I said, "Jess... For the past eight years I have never felt so right as I do right now while I'm asking you this question, because deep inside I already know how wonderful our lives are going to be if you say yes today. For better or for worse, I want to stay with you. I want to see the sun go down in the oceans while we're sitting on your favorite beaches. I want to see the moon light up in the sky while we talk about your funny, and totally non-scary childhood horror stories for hours and hours while laying down in the backyard of our house. I want to see our children and grandchildren fighting for that last piece of Christmas Chocolates, and then tell them how we both used to do the same too, even when we were so grown up. I want to feel my last breath, with my hands in your hands. I want you Jess. I want you for what you were, for what you are, for what you've become, and for whatever you are going to become while we grow old together.

So Jess. After eight years of happy, blessed, and our splendid togetherness, would you like to accept me as you life-partner, your protector, and a person who is always going to be by your side? Jess Elizabeth McConner, Would you marry me?"

Something Old: Angela Floral Hair Clip: One of the oldest items I still have and often use in my inventory. It's so versatile! Who knew I'd get married in it one day!

Something New: Blue Butterfly Band: The newest item in my inventory. Fresh out of their cocoons...and beautifully, magically, draped around my hair!

Something Borrowed: Blue Gem Earrings: It's cool having a Mother who played Yo. She's passed onto the rainbow bridge now. Momma loved blue and she loved sparkly, gaudy jewelry. If she had had a chance to own and use these earrings she would have loved them and insist I use them. I borrowed the concept and pretended I borrowed them from her. She, of course, was thrilled and wanted to glue more rhinestones on them to sparkle more, but I opted to use them as they are. Simple and elegant.

Something Blue: Blue Flower Faerie Feet! My beautiful blue flower faerie feet (say that three times fast)... are perfect for a spring wedding. Why cover them up with shoes!

• Old: White shoes. My oldest and most comfortable pair of shoes! A bride should be comfortable so she can dance up a storm! I also wore my favorite, albeit old, outfit: Angela Dress with Angela Floral Hairclip and Angela Floral Bouquet. It's the perfect outfit for a beach wedding!

• New: White Bridal Veil. The look wasn't complete without a new veil!

• Borrowed: Blue Queen Necklace, lent to me by my favorite Auntie. She wanted me to feel like a Queen on my wedding day. :heart:

• Blue: Blue Flower Bracelets to complete the beachy look and balance the blue in the necklace.

I click on my avatar in the game and choose "View Outfit, take a screen shot, then paste it into Paint and crop it." Then I upload that file at Tinypic.com. Then, tinypic will give you a string of text to enter into a post here so others can see your image.

I asked my friend, Michele, to borrow anything she doesn't need for the contest timeframe. I told her I would make an outfit around, whatever she picked. She chose Pixie Roses, and I thought of the rose in a glass case, from Beauty and The Beast.

I did Beast, from Beauty and The Beast. It was and still is, my favorite Love Story! It's a story to remind us to look within someone's heart, and not to fall in love with just a pretty face. Thank you. =]]
