Toys are now in the boxes...
Replaced by PC and gadgets...
And I can only seldom enter their rooms...
Sparing me the horror of seeing the mess for sure.

I have four adorable children who I would do anything in the world for. I also balance a job and a business that can get quite hectic at the same time. Yet amidst all these, I find some "me" time like going to the beach or to the spa to unwind and just ponder on all the blessings that I have. Then I go back to my home and the welcoming arms of my family. On my free time, I play YoWorld because I just love decorating! Oh the joys of motherhood! To all the mothers out there, this is for you. Happy Mother's day to all you supermoms!

Every mother's day we have a great brunch and then go out to hike in the sunshine. I made my own version of the state park we usually go to and tried my best to match the NPC's to my family but we don't have enough NPC's that look like us sadly...

Whenever I think about Mothers Day, I can't help but remember the year I visited a girl I had gone to school with but hadn't seen in years. I was still single but she had gotten married, had several kids and invited me to spend the evening with her. They were living in a 2 bedroom apartment with clothes, both clean and dirty, everywhere. The kids were rowdy, the dishes were dirty, and there were bath towels stacked all over. It was total chaos. But the thing that struck me the most was that she was the happiest I had ever seen her! So here is my weird Mothers Day tribute to that memory...

Queen Mother Bee

Being a Mother is one of the greatest gifts. I get to raise and nurture the best children in the world. My children treat me so great every day; however, on mother's day they treat me to some "Me" time. During this "Me" time I can sit in my rose garden and sip a little wine and read peacefully among the chirping of the birds and the buzzing of the bees. The cracking of the fire also brings needed warmth during the early morning chilled air. It's lovely, being a Mother. Happy Mother's Day to all Moms!!
