I combined my current avatar with how the dreidel entry should look like in game, i used the pics art app; I am hoping that this will be Animated with it glowing like a lantern and waving cables a lil bit like the wind is blowing it.

I hope this is the correct place to post this. This is an idea for an effect on my dress. So, it would just be the snowflakes that would continually fall and gather at the bottom of the dress.
