Loving lots of these ideas! I’d love to have a normal traditional theme with items inspired from the wonderful pictures Sonia, AG, and bad moon posted. Some awesome ideas!

I'm presuming when you say traditional you mean kid friendly? How about a Children's Hallowe'en party then? You could make costumes for us to wear from any of the NPC examples I'm posting that we don't already have too! The house could have rooms devoted to a pumpkin carving contest, kid friendly Hallowe'en movies, snacks/drinks, and making your own mask. (So no traditional house rooms each room has been converted into a space for the party.)

I think all the gore, 'spooky', deformed, creepy stuff has gone on much too often. Honestly it seems the "Halloween" aspect rarely leaves YoWorld. I'm really sick of it. I thought the Shabby Shriek theme last year was atctually a nice change from the usual. How about this year, you do a Black Cat House. Yeah. All cats. Cats in costumes, pumpkins that look like cats, cats walking under ladders, cats breaking. mirrors. You know, a veritable cat house. (pun intended).

How about something classic like a Fantasy Halloween Town? It should have the feeling of trick-or-treating down your small town road, but with a hint of whimsy. It's where you'd go to celebrate Halloween year-round. If Halloween were a fairytale or fantasy, so to speak.

There are a lot of "dark" themes in YoWorld. And, yes, some that aren't. It would be nice to have a Halloween theme that wouldn't be horror, creepy, bloody, etc. There are good posts here with good ideas for a theme that isn't so gory or horror filled. Oh well, if the theme does go that way, won't be making any money off me, I will ignore, just like I have been doing for the past gory, horror, dark themes. Each to their own.

Mini Haunted Village.
I suggested something similar once for Christmas but it would be fun for Halloween as well. Think of the old Miniature Park theme but all Halloween. Instead of a home like always we could create our own little Halloween town village. It could have lots of little creepy houses, stores, buildings, different trees, figurines, and Halloween decorations to make it a Halloween village. We could get some different backgrounds and mini ponds and lakes.

Traditional I would like to see a monster dating show type theme. The house wouldn't be a traditional house. It would be more a monster tunnel of love area, a pumpkin patch/hay ride type area, a romantic monster lake, then a small town street. With a few rooms(buildings). Like a monster diner, movie theater, bar and of course the dating show recording studio. NO bathroomskitchens or accessories for them. Just fun outdoor and indoor items for the lil Monster Dating Game village. Please for the love of all that is holy and unholy no PINK color scheme on items.

I can see a theme like this being a huge draw for those that do the DC for clothing too.

Crap I prolly should've read through the thread before posting too. I have said this theme several times before here on forums, but didn't read to see if anyone else did here before me.... sorry if it's duplicate. Looked through, loving all the town ideas. I am so sick of normal homes. No need for all that, I much prefer a lil town with a variety of buildings. They only need one room each, so no need to worry about bathroom/kitchens and such too.
