I am pretty sure people want to make sure that everyone knows to enter the actual contest as well. It would suck to have a great entry but it not be counted because they posted here only, instead of where it needs to be. No one is complaining about entries here, just trying to help....

I think what people are mentioning is because some people posted here and not in the official entries thread, so if they only post here then their entries won't count.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with showing entries off in this thread

There's nothing wrong with friendly reminders that this isn't the entry thread either. I've seen at least 5 in here that were not posted in the entry thread. It would be a shame if they were passed over because they posted in the wrong thread.
