I was diagnosed with cancer and my yo friends got together and gifted me a bunch of my favorite color items to encourage me to have the surgery. Now I am 3 + years cancer free because of their act of love and kindness. My eyes get watery every time I go in and look at my purple house.

One day the 31st yoworld podcast came out . I really wanted to be mentioned in a podcast .There was no summary of that podcast so I had to listen to find out if i was in it . When I heard Roje say my name I was overjoyed and so excited . And 30 minutes had past and i was still so happy . Then I thought it would be a good Idea to go to sleep . it was very late at night . That was a fun Yomemory .

I discovered Yo early on in its existence — right around the time I had serious spinal surgery. For more than a year, I was trapped in my house, mostly spending my time in a chair that gave me only a small, triangular view of my (very messy) living room. But thanks to the Yo world, I was able to design perfect rooms, wander through the Yo town, go fishing, travel the world (thanks to international themes), and meet people from other countries... all while ensconced in my chair.

I am eternally grateful, because I don't know how I would have gotten through that experience without my Yo world and my Yo friends. I owe my sanity and my recovery to Yo, which is why I fought so hard to save it when the time came a few years later.

I have tons of memories since I have been here since 2009. I have seen couples meet, marry and have children. I have met players from all over the world and the amazing thing is I have gotten to know different cultures, and honestly Yoville/Yoworld open doors to people I would of never met and the realization that it doesnt matter where we are from we find we have alot in common. My biggest memory , the one that pop up first is how we all united when we heard Zynga was closing down the game. I was suprise and amaze how all of us from different parts of the world, different ages, united and worked together in hopes of saving this game. Yes this is just a game but the interaction on this game and the friends we have made honestly makes this game like no other. I was also amaze at how BVG open there home and themselves to us. We got to really know the owners, saw that they cared, yoworld became a family. THanks BVG for listening to a group of Yovillians and opening your doors to include us in your family of games.   Image

Also, on my first day at the game, i remember i didnt know what events were lol xD. and i randomly ended up at a event that had these little black pots with green plants in it. didnt know a single abbreviation or slang. i didnt know how to do auctions much less what auctions were. lol xD. :D

My favourite memory of the past is now an annual event I host :) We started in 2011 with a great response and it has grown each year.

2011 had the first Noob Appreciation Day where we went around to events where new players were hosting with small sales to earn their way up, and we gifted them yocash or rare items. It didn't stop here though! We also befriended some of these, advised them with tips and hints to make friends and earn money within the game. That evening we had a party where we all dressed in starter items and made the poorer players feel like they belonged. So many players take part each year to benefit others <3

2012-2015 had similar events and I'm looking forward to this year's which is planned for the 20th May! Hope to see some of you there <3

My favorite memories are of when I first started playing. One of my daughters-in-law talked me into playing and I have been hooked ever since. We used to spend hours playing, visiting each other's houses and talking on Yoville. I also have great memories of spending time with some of the friends I have made on here, several of which have turned out to be really great Facebook friends. I also have fond memories of when the "Yo Ladies Breakfast Club" used to meet. We would play games & visit, it was great!!

My best friend started playing YoWorld and got me into it. We don't live near each other and haven't seen one another in years. She's got cancer and I may not be able to visit with her in person again. However, in YoWorld, our avatars often meet at Vinnie's Diner or walk through other people's houses while we are on the phone together. It's weirdly like being together. Sometimes we get up and dance together. It's great.

Mine is finally being able to find the old Hollywood items to use in this house I did in memory of my mom who passed in December 2012. Some were gifted to me and I am forever grateful for that. I tried to pick things I thought she would like. Like me she like anything antique or vintage. That was the only piano I had at the time and I know the wood doesn't match but I like it that way so it stayed I added the link if anyone wants to take a peek.

Dear, Jess and all of BVG
I have been an on and off player of YoWorld since 2010 and I have made every second count! I have cherished all of my memories in this world but some of my most favorites were from the early days! Back in the day me and all of my in real friends and my cousin would play Yoville together and we would always help each other buy and sell things as well as building and decorating houses together! (Different account by the way!) Me and my cousin would always trade items that we wanted and we would help each other obtain them and it was all just too fun to be able to play in and out of game with him and the rest of my friends! Unfortunately none of my in real friends or cousin no longer play but for me Yoworld has always been stuck to my heart! Thank you BVG for keeping Yoworld memorable and awesome and for giving us all this opportunity to reminisce on the old days!
Sincerely, Ezra
