We went to see Poison/ Cinderella/ End ever after, in 2010. It was awesome. We parked on the side of the road just before 4pm because gate didn't open until 4pm. C.c. Deville and Rikki Rocket from Poison drove by on their motorcycles and waved to us. Oh my god! I wished they would of stopped. We had lawn seats at first but then a staff member was walking around with tickets for under the canopy. We were able to upgrade for just another $10.End ever after was the opening band. After they played they came out to the crowd and we got to take pictures with them. Awesome. I got my picture with both Kristan Mallory and Michael Grant. I wish I still had the picture. The concert turned out great.

So far, I've only had the chance of attending one concert. Shawn Mendes, from the wonderful land of the free, Canada.
Wish I could move to Canada, and live with him :haha:
My brother bought the tickets on release day, he took the day off work just to get them. I had no idea I was going until the day, I was so happy! It was in London, which was a nightmare working out how to get from Kings Cross to North Greenwich, but it was definitely worth it.
The opening act was James TW, who I hadn't actually heard of before that day but god was I amazed by his talent. So amazed, that I've bought tickets to go see him for his own concert at the Courtyard Theatre.
Then Shawn came out, starting with There's Nothing Holding me Back - definitely one of my favourites. He is 1000x better live than on recordings, which I thought would be impossible. If there are any Shawn Mendes fans reading, definitely go see him live!

I worked security at a big summer concert. When the night shows came, we were put at the stage so I was able to sit RIGHT at the stage with bands like Tenth Avenue North, Sidewalk Prophets, and the Newsboys like right there.
PS - I got to meet Tenth Avenue North in person too that day.

I have been to a lot of concerts back in the day but I would have to say my favorite was seeing Led Zeppelin appeared at Kezar Stadium on June 2, 1973. They were running a bit late after the opening acts had ended and we were all getting restless, but as they came on stage and blared into their song "Rock and Roll." They played for two hours. Their showmanship was the best I have seen and memorable moments where when they let a bunch of doves loose at the end of "Stairway to Heaven" and one of them came back down and landed on Robert Plant's hand. Jimmy Page put his guitar down and walked over and petted it! Such a great show, one I will always treasure!

The best Concert I ever went to was a high school symphony. The teens all did an amazing job and kept the audience captive. They added a modern twist to the classics. Just AMAZING! :balloon: :balloon: :balloon:

Many of us went to Dairy Queen afterwards and that was also quite the treat, :D

A few weeks ago I went to a festival in Greece which is called River Flow Festival. Well, I am already out of theme but I wanted to share my experience. The festival was 4 days and every day there was a concert. The most famous Greek rappers were there and after they finished we were listening trance till the morning. I suggest everyone to go next year if they like nature ,camping ,trance and hip hop. :bye:

The best concert I have ever seen is Blue October. I've been to see them 2 times with my daughter and one time with her and my granddaughter! One of the highlights was to hear the sound of hundreds upon hundreds of voices singing in unison with every song!

Unfortunately, I missed their meet and greet sessions, but I did get an autograph from all the members of the band as they tirelessly worked their way through the entire long line waiting for them to come outside. I was one of the first in line and even got a photo op with their then guitarist! Justin did not come out of the bus to offer autographs as they were leaving for their next show very soon after.

While many either aren't that familiar with them or simply dislike their music, you should just put all of that aside. Justin Furstenfeld gives the most fantastic stage shows and has one of the best voices I have ever heard live!! He"s great in studio yet, unlike some, sounds just the same in concert. And the band is phenomenal! So tight...

I've seen many of the Greats from times past but none of them compare with BO live.

Metlife Stadium in New Jersey on August 25, 2016. I went to see Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, which was a record breaking 4 hours long performance. I waited 14 years to hear “Jersey Girl” live. It was Bruce’s final song of the night, and to hear 55,000 people singing in unison, and then the show ended the song with fireworks. This Jersey girl had goosebumps and happy tears streaming down her face, because in my opinion, life doesn’t get better than that! Oh, and to top it off. Bruce brought up a couple on stage, and there was a proposal and she said yes. It made national news. The BEST. CONCERT. EVER!

The Best Concert EVERRRRR

On July 4th, 2015 i got to go see The Band Perry in concert at the Rogersville pool in TN. It was the first time i had ever been to any kind of concert or anything like that, so obviously i was right in front up against the stage. It was the best thing that ever happened to me, when everything was done and they played their last song "If i die young" Kimberly threw her pick out into the crowd and I CAUGHT IT! to this day i have it in my room on the wal! Ill never forget that night! <3

My first concert was when I was 15 years old and I went with my best friend.. It was a outdoor concert with Ozzy and Metallica.. Cliff Burton was skateboarding the night before and broke his arm or something and Metallica could not play. SO Ozzy played the whole show. My friend and I got separated and how we found each other was amazing.. I somehow ended up on the shoulders of some guy and so did she!! When I looked over I seen my friend and we were laughing so hard!!! The concert was in July so it was really hot outside and Ozzy had a hose and was spraying people.. he sprayed us with the hose and to this day we swear we were baptized by Ozzy Osborne..lol .. the night before we had sneaked into the concert area.. mind you it was a out door arena .. got on the stage and was bowing saying Ozzy!! Ozzy!!! lol No one ever said anything to us and if anything I am sure they were laughing at two silly teenagers freaking out on the stage chanting OZZY!! OZZY!! its the best memory I have of my best friend and I... it was so cool and I am 46 years old now and we both crack up on it to this day!!!

Hi my name is Rickey I am 8 years old and I play on here with my grandmother (Maman)
Being only 8 I havent had the chance to go to to many concerts but I did go to a couple with Maman 2012..Our first concert was the wiggles (the old ones not the new ones even though they were there too maman said) I was one of the lucky ones to get to see the real wiggles Jeff (he was my favorite) Greg, Murray and Anthony it was a good concert. :)

The other one we went to was to see the Imagination Movers I liked that one better. I went up front near the stage to dance, then after the concert we went to the back and I got to see them all and to talk to them and get pictures with them. My Uncle couldnt go in to see the concert, but they did let him in the back with us and Maman got the Movers to sing Happy Birthday to him it was neat I really liked going..I hope someday I'll be able to do it again.

Best concert ever I was in high school in 1977 we saw J Geils band was the opener, Then the original Lynyrd Skynyrd before the plane crash, and that was the year Peter Frampton came alive, It was an outdoor concert at JFK stadium in Philadelphia, we were on the 5 yard line one a beautiful Saturday June 11, 1977, but I'm sure most players never even heard of these bands. then again I payed $7.50 to see Pink Floyd Animals tour at the Garden in NY. about that same time.

OMGGGG :wailing: Robbie Williams in Manchester. It was brilliant but you could see it was very hard for him singing Angels :'( and let the crowd sing a fair part of it and was all to do with the Bombing there  Brill performance and gets better looking as he gets older. His backing singers, dancers and band were amazing too. Great singing "Manchester were strong, were strong were strong", just to show these evil people they wont get the better of us and our world    Good Luck everyone!!! :rose:

My husband and I saw Garth Brooks in 1997 at Hampton VA coliseum. We had stopped at a 7-Eleven so I could
buy a rose to throw on stage. Our seats were first row on the side of the stage and when he came around I threw
the white rose on the stage and he picked it up and held it to his heart. I was stunned that he took the time to do that.
He stood there and sang the whole song to us, it was so awesome, I'll never forget it. COUNTRY MUSIC ROCKS!!!!!

Been to some really great concerts! First concert ever The Jefferson Airplane $5! I saw a post and yes! J. Geils was Great! Whammer Jammer! Too Bad I couldn't make it for Country Joe and The Fish... The Rolling Stones of course.. Keith is so cool and Ron wood on lap steel !! The Eagles and in fact living where Joe Walsh went to high school. The Beach Boys absolutely so good and Chicago! Late 60's and early 70's so many! George Thorogood is still a good time and Jim Suhler his right hand guitarist. or maybe that's left... Lotsa fun and Rockin Blues! Crosby , Stills and Nash...Hmm.. the best ever is most difficult maybe Traffic with Steve Winwood. ZZ Top concerts were fun. James Gang. Probably would have answered Joe Bonamassa if I had been able to go. Remember... Captain Beyond?! A great laser light show. Marshall Tucker Band.. Toy Caldwell guitarist.. WoW! they were all very good.. All concerts were the best! All musicians. Sometimes the only friends I really have! I cannot begin to name them all here. Just know music is my bag.
You know, I cannot leave myself out entirely  maybe it was the one I played in.. Mission Impossible... Argonne!! :star: :star: :smug: pug...

Once upon a time In the 70's My dad, Grandfather, two of my uncles and a few cousins all worked
for the Hollywood bowl in Los Angeles ,California.Obviously Nepotism was at its finest at the Bowl :D
There jobs consisted of setting up the stage for all upcoming events and groundskeepers.
They would often come home with free tickets to one show or another. Most of those tickets were way too far from the stage but one day they all got tickets for us to see a show called " Nosotros ". It was a international concert and our seats were front row, box seats.
The Master of ceremonies was on stage. He was giving a shout out to someone in the audience and when that person got up from his chair it was Lorne Greene from the old Bonanza TV show and he was sitting some six rows behind me. I thought that was so cool!! :-)
The show had so many Super stars from Hollywood, South America, Mexico and the Caribbean. Among the line up were Mexican greats Antonio Aguilar and Flor Silvestre. The Actor Ricardo Montalban was one of the announcers.
The whole night was amazing but the two people that will forever stay in my memories were Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. I was so excited to see them. I grew up watching "I love Lucy" reruns and I sure did love lucy.
It's been so many years but I can vividly remember how absolutely Beautiful she was. I was in awe of her. Totally starstruck. She has always been one of my heroes.
Desi Arnaz (AKA: Ricky Ricardo) sang and played his conga drums to his signature song Babalu. That was great but nothing can beat Lucy when at the end of the show she asked for everyone at the bowl to light up match or lighter at the count of three.
Well at the count of One all the lights went off and we were left in total darkness. On the count of three we did as she said. I immediately turned around to look up at the audience and I will never forget seeing
literally thousands of lights flickering in the night. That was so amazingly beautiful that it brought tears to my eyes. I can close my eyes and still see it. :-)
I've been to many concerts and shows throughout the years but this one was without a doubt my favorite. This is the story I never get tired of telling.

P.S. Most of the greats I saw that night have passed away and sadly that includes my Father and Grandfather.
So I thank you for this contest. It made me relive that night all over again. It's a little bittersweet but I can't help but smile at the memories. They live on in me. :-)

Hi my name is Karen ...
OK one of my best concert memories ever would be back in the late ninteys when I first moved to Toronto from Nova Scotia I was dating a guy his name was Russ .. ( RIP) he loved aero smith ..before we went he told me it would be the best concert of my life ..we got floor tickets... Well we had a few drinks and once they came running out and started to play I was mesmerized in the music... And I remembered I was on Russ's shoulders as I'm very short lol we were so close to Steve Tyler and the song crazy came on. I was a screaming lunitic as well as most of the fans. I had my hand reaching out and Steve Tyler reached over and did that touch fingers wiggle gesture omg! I was flying in heaven .. And on the late night news they showed the part where Steve Tyler reached over .... I couldn't believed it Russ was so right it was the best concert ever and I will never forget it ..and may Russ know that wherever he is as he has passed away I'll never forget him or that concert! :D

The best concert I ever went to was actually the worse lol

My mam worked at a newspaper and got free tickets to a ronan keating concert so me and my best friend decided to go

We got all done up with flashing flurry alien antennas and crazy face paint and wearing our flags as capes and went but when we got there nobody else dressed weird or crazy so we stood out lol :smug:

The guy was terrible it honestly sounded like hell on earth lol even for free it felt like we were overcharged but next to us was probably the only 2 other people who decided to dress up crazy like us 2 girls and they brought a fun flask that they shared with us it turned out to be an amazing night we sang along like lunatics and had a blast to this day I'm still in touch with those two girls

So what would of been a terrible night turned out to be amazing and I made some life long friends
