I think Jess means around 3:30 pm eastern time just guessing. but added two hours to the time on her post.

I live approx. 1 hr. from BVG and 2 hours after Jess posted this would be 3:30pm EST!

On my end she posted at 1:33pm which would mean 3:33pm if you add 2 hrs I have no clue how you got 4:30pm but who knows. I hope all those who did not get Eggy get a shot when he does comes back. GL to all!
