wisked away on wings of light cradled in my mothers beautiful sight she holds me dear i love her so i dry her tears we age together
our time shared like none can see that spark she lights sets afire in me her warm candle near my heart always lit always smart
what is a mother, shes a treasure like none compare an angel sent from heaven to those who arive here
forever she keeps me strong forever ill hold her high
until the end of time she sings me my sweet lulliby
and when shes old and needs a hand ill give her my love support and strength
keeping her lantern bright in her later years as she has always kept my fire alive it brings me tears i smile inside
together we hold eachother by the warm fire sharing happy thoughts me and my moms love transpires
i thank god he gave her to me shes the kind of woman u wont see in a dynasty

Mother dear...so sweet and fair,
I'd run my fingers through your hair..
and then it fell out!

I'd take you to the corner store,
where you could buy candy and so much more
then your teeth fell out..

Crocheting and cooking you'd make me so proud,
Even when the television was turned up so loud...
Then you went deaf..

Your body started hurting..your skin and eyes so pale..
You try to make it down the hall..but each time you fail..
And then you're on the floor.

Standing now , I gaze at the grave before me..
Tears are falling..my throat is dry ...nothing but sadness do I see.
My heart will remember fondly ..what's it like to grow old...
And then I Cry!!

I said farewell to my Mom today,
I feel so empty since she went away;
I can't call now, Just to say Hello,
Oh Dear God, why'd she have to go?

She gave us life,and raised us well,
Kissed our boo boo's every time we fell;
Always there just to lend a hand,
Unconditional love, But with a firm stand!

She taught us the difference,
Between right and wrong;
Then stood back in silence,
As we grew strong !!

Now Mom's in Heaven,beside our Dad,
Still watching over us,for this i'm glad;
Neither of the two will suffer any pain,
And we'll be together,someday, again !!

my mommas in Heaven and I miss her so, there are so many things I want her to know. She has been gone for 18 years and I wish she could see what a beautiful person her granddaughter has become. This may not rhyme but down in my heart I wish my dear momma could be with us all. :heartbroken:

dear mom ,,what does that name mean to me ,, Love that Never ends,, Respect, giving your whole life and doing with out just so we could have it all .
many night and days I stayed away , thinking I knew it all, you waited as long as it took and you never gave up,
warm hugs , loving kisses ,, the things that my kids will never miss, because you knew how to give it all unconditionally...
so many times I thought I knew it all , but you waited for me to fall and learn the hard way but you were always there to pick me up
many years have passed since that time,, I turned out pretty good mom ,
thank God you have become one of his children and I know that one day when we leave this earth ,, and be together for ever
thank you for making me the mom I am today ,,, you were a great roll model ,,
love you mom

Mother, Oh Mother. Your so quiet and kind.
Always there for me, even though your blind.
Eyes that stare blankly, blue, yet twinkly.
You never move from your favorite red chair, so sweetly...
Oh, how you love to sit by your bedroom window, and listen to the birds.
I cherish the time I have to sit with you, and hold your cold hand.
I oh so enjoy brushing your grey hair, as it falls on the floor in wispy flickers.
You are a Mother worth loving, one that never leaves.

Unlike those other mothers.
Much better than the ones that tried to run away.
The Ones that wanted to leave me.
The Mothers that betrayed me...

But not to worry! You are the best mother I have ever found!
You are my perfect Mother, you never want to leave.
All you need now is a nice quilt, to warm your poor cold body.
I know you never say I love you, but you don't have to!

Mother fighting everyday

Older brother creates a fight

I had a Mom, her name was Kay
Her hair was long, the color of hay!

Mom was so pretty, but she didn't care
I was so happy she was always there

Mom is gone now but lives in my heart
I miss her so much it tears me apart

You were always so silly with your stories and songs,
You were always loving when you corrected my wrongs.
My best friend, my mommy, my amazing grace,
What I wouldn't give just to see your face!
You left so sudden, no time for goodbye,
My heart can't help but to always ask why.
I still call your name when I'm lonely, sick or scared,

Hi there! This is a poem I wrote about a deceased mother. Though she is gone, she will forever remain in my heart. I am still thankful for each and every sacrifice and love she has given us.

My mother, I will love forever
And now I miss her more than ever

She's an angel redeemed in heaven
Who lives deep in my heart within

Mother, you were always there to lift my soul
Now that you're gone
Who will be there to redeem your marvelous role?

You loved me more than I would ever know
Even though Santa wanted to give me coal

How quick the sun can fade away
When God didn't allow you to stay

You were vivacious; as happy as a June bug
You touched my heart with genial gestures
Tenderness that nobody can measure
