I HUNTED AND PECKED FOR OVER AN HR TODAY. SUX here is 2 screenshots to prove i just received e-mail with time and date down right hand corner

I just got it today too. Thought it was an error, so searched forum for eggypickle and was like, oh, nope

I do not think anyone got their email newsletter until today. I knew about this event because I check the forum at least twice a day and that is how I found out about it.

I got my newsletter today too. Thankfully someone told me about it and I came to the forums the other day and found him...and once today though he never acknowledged me today. It was very laggy though.

I know how disappointed people might be. I had no idea the hunt was on tap the first day, but really, it was totally my fault for not checking the forums. But, I sure made a point of checking the next day and the day after that, as I will each and every day from now on in case surprise events pop up.

The thing is, there are always going to be Viking parties, podcast listening parties, and contests of some sort, but unless we intentionally come to the forum to see what's going on, we won't know. They can't give everyone a head's up about an event or contest. Or even put a pop up in the game. It's our responsibility to check to see what's going on and stay informed.

REALLY ticked that this wasn't published until AFTER it was over!!!!!

Actually I have to disagree there
It is BVG's responsibility to ensure that the players of their games are informed and as I said before not everyone uses the forum. It would have been a simple matter to have given an in game pop up of which there are many... daily

i found EGGY

Jess have a question hon .Our e-mail says make sure Eggy responds to you.How do we know if he was responding to us or someone else.He kept saying eggy eggy but I suppose he could have been acknowledging someone else.
