You have all done an astounding job with this year's design contests, and why should our Holidays one be any different? And now, my Yo-friends... Your votes are in. They have been verified, and they have been counted - and then they were counted again. Congratulations to each and every one of you, and especially our winners!

Yes, that means the winners are here, but first, a few important points we'd like for you to know:

1. There is still a lot of work ahead to get them recreated and put into YoWorld. It may take some time, but we'll be sure to let everyone know when they're ready. Please be patient!
2. The winners were chosen by YoFans! This is not the place to complain about who won and who didn't. Any posts along these lines will be removed. Egregious incidents will be met with a permanent restriction from entering future YoWorld contests, or account action up to and including a restriction from these forums and/or YoWorld.
3. The Forum Rules of Conduct apply. Be constructive and respectful!
4. If you have any design files of your designs, and have not sent them our way already, please email them to [email protected]. This will help our art team when working with your design.
5. Due to restrictions of the game itself, we may not be able to reproduce every submission exactly. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to make sure we are as true to the original designs as possible when recreating them. Due to the time-sensitive nature of this contest, we will not be making revisions to any items from this contest once they have been released.
6. If you have any feedback about the contest itself (not pertaining to the winners), please post it here. Let's celebrate the winning entries and leave any other discussion where it belongs!

I had a ton of fun creating this item set; I wanted to create an item set that reflected the typical Christmas gift shopper! I'm calling this design the "Christmas Shopper" (and it has a coffee at hand to help along with the long process of buying gifts, of course!). I hope you guys like it, I've added some close ups so you can see some of the clothes better.

Finally, since I know it will come up: please note that we are letting YoFans' votes speak for themselves as to whether taking inspiration from other designs is acceptable for these contests. These are the designs you, as YoFans, want to see, and we are of the opinion that it would be unfair to this design contest to introduce new rules retroactively.

However, we also understand and sympathize with the designers and supporters that have been bringing concerns about this to us.
