To all the mothers out there, this poem's for you!

Okay, so I'm no Shakespeare, but I'd like to see you do better. No, really, that's what I'm here to announce - it's time for another awesome contest.

This time, we want you to put your thinking caps on and come up with a poem that's sure to melt the hearts of all the moms out there. It can be sentimental or it can be silly, but no matter how you write it... it's got to be all about yo mama.

We'll be choosing 10 lucky winners, each of whom will receive 35 YoCash! Entries will be accepted until Monday, May 22nd at 2:00 PM EST.

MOTHER

M is for the million things she gave me

O is for shes slowly growing old

T is for the things she used to tell us

H is for her heart thats made of gold

E is for her eyes that shine like diamonds

put them all together they spell MOTHER and my mother means the whole wide world to me

My Mother's touch and Mother's Love , her hands were soft and gentle , he eyes sparkle with so much love . If now, I could have her close and tell her how much I love her so! When me prayers were poorly said
Who tucked me in me widdle bed
And spanked me bum 'til it was red?

Who took me from me cozy cot
And placed me on the icy pot
And made me pee if me could not?

And when the morning light would come
And in me crib me dribble some
Who wipe me tiny widdle bum?

Who would my hair so neatly part

I was getting ready to submit a poem I composed and btw some amazing ones posted, I did notice some that I recognize from internet. I can't compete with poems taken off of the internet, usually comes from poets. Viking Amanda, are these poems from our original work or can any poetry taken from the internet be submitted?
