Hey YoFans,

Alright, it's time for another Fanpage Feature Challenge. The theme for this week is: CANADA!

Our last challenge (check it out by clicking here) focused entirely on Canadian camping. However, if you've noticed... We've been releasing a lot of province/region-specific items lately! Have you been doing your research? Want to show us that you know your stuff about one (or all) of Canada's provinces and territories? Create a space to strut your geographical stuff!

This week, 5 lucky winners will receive 35 YoCash and have their design featured on our official Facebook Fan Page. The deadline for entry is TUESDAY, July 18th at 12 NOON (EDT).

Remember, the Facebook Fanpage Feature Challenge Rules are as follows…
    __________________

    The Task:
    • Create a room that fits this week’s task! Make sure to dress the part too.
    • Other requirements or prizes may be specified in each week's task. Make sure to read the task thoroughly!
    • Take a screenshot of your awesome room. Make sure your Yo is visible!
    • Post your screenshot of your room in each week’s entry thread!
    • Include a link to your decorated room, so we can come visit!
Click here to learn how to find your room link using your fancy new Homes Screen!
Click here to learn how to take and post screenshots to the forums!

    Deadline & Prizes:
    • Submissions will be accepted until the date specified in each week’s entry thread.
    • FIVE winners will be selected to receive 35 YoCash each!
    • Each winner will also be featured on the YoWorld Facebook Fanpage! Click here to go to our Fanpage :)

    Other Rules:
    • Only one entry is allowed per player per week.
    • Keep your rooms assembled (at least until the week’s winner is announced).
    • You may edit, retract, or otherwise update your entry until the submission deadline. Any final images submitted to the challenge must match the room(s) when we visit to verify.
    • The Forum Rules of Conduct and Posting Guidelines apply. Note that we will not tolerate complaints and attacks against any entries, either during the entry period or after the results are announced, in the forums or on our Facebook Fanpage. Any posts that violate the spirit of this will be dealt with swiftly and permanently.

My uncle lives in New Brunswick! It's one of three Maritime provinces and is the only constitutionally bilingual (English-French) province. My room shows the Bay of Fundy. It has the largest tidal range in the world. It is well known for whale watching. I hope you like it!

Aw, I have an uncle in New Brunswick as well! My family and I went whale watching about 5 years ago, and were fortunate enough to come across a momma Orca with a couple of babies. :D

I'd like to visit this fantastic place - The Capilano Suspension Bridge Park (https://www.capbridge.com/galleries/). This Park is situated in the District of North Vancouver, British Columbia. History, culture and nature are presented from 3 breathtaking perspectives: Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure and the Cliffwalk. The 450 ft (137m) long, 230 ft (70m) high Capilano Suspension Bridge was originally built in 1889. Capilano Suspension Bridge Park has the world's largest private collection of totem poles.

P.S. I have many friends and colleagues who live in Vancouver, but I still have not traveled to Canada.

Proud to be a Canadian Girl :D

While in Canada, why not enjoy a nice hike up a mountain? We've got plenty of those!

I live in Lincoln Park, MIchigan and some great friends of ours live in Windsor Ontario, Canada. There are 5 miles between us to drive from my home and leave the United States to go to Canada, yet a million miles away. In the past it was so easy to go 5 miles, cross the bridge and go to their homes in Windsor, about 1 mile from the bridge. Since the stricter laws, passports and border patrol on both sides, we all find it very hard to visit each other. So we all imagine this every time any of us are close to the water and can see the other side..Enjoying our time together!

I wish I could have fit something to represent all the provinces and territories in this room, but I didn't have enough space so I chose to do:

Big Muddy Valley- Saskatchewan
Inuit Tupiq- Nunavut
Muskoka Hot Springs- Ontario
Deep Woods Suspension Bridge- British Columbia
Banff National Park Lake- Alberta
Pissing Mare Falls- Newfoundland

Newfoundland and Labrador

A Skeltonicall continued ryme, in praise of my New-found-Land

Although in cloaths, company, buildings faire
With England, New-found-land cannot compare:
Did some know what contentment I found there,
Alwayes enough, most times somewhat to spare,
With little paines, lesse toyle, and lesser care,
Exempt from taxings, ill newes, Lawing, feare,
If cleane, and warme, no matter what you weare,
Healthy, and wealthy, if men careful are,
With much-much more, then I will now declare,
(I say) if some wise men knew what this were
(I doe beleeue) they'd live no other where.
From 'The First Booke of Qvodlibets'
Composed and done at Harbor-Grace in
Britaniola, anciently called Newfound-Land
by Governor Robert Hayman – 1628.

CANADA-
The northern coast of Prince Edward Island is known for its sand dunes and beaches but there are a couple of spots where sandstone formations meet the sea. This is where you can see Thunder Cove Arch one of Canada's scenic wonders.

In 2013 I visited Banff National Park in the Canadian Rocky's in Alberta, and it stole my heart with its majestic waterfalls, glaciers, and rugged mountain peeks.

This is my YoBanff Lake Louise at sunset...when you visit it you can enjoy awestruck views from a cable car that runs between the two mountain peeks :)
