He created the Modern Yo Toilet Cafe. But, after years of a no Yo show in the cafe (maybe lots of Yos didn't like the concept), the owner... after winning the Lotto transformed it into a Bling Restaurant.

The reason I changed my name to Donn Shy for this room is to honor my friend who was an avid ghost hunter. She died several years ago from cancer, but I think of her often, especially this time of year. She loved Halloween!

My name is Donn Shy and I’m a ghost hunter. I've been in the paranormal arena for years and there’s not much out there that I haven’t seen! The investigation I remember most was at the old Muckey’s Bar & Grill. I was told they had to shut it down because of the paranormal activity. It seemed that poltergeists had made it their home would not leave customers or workers alone. My team and I were determined to find the source and help it to move on. On that night, I remember seeing shadows everywhere. Drawers were opening by themselves, spitting out paperwork, the fan was turning without electricity and we didn't feel like we were the only ones in the room. My EMF (electromagnetic fields) meter was going crazy. We were getting strange EVP’s (electronic voice phenomena) on the recording, saying things like: “Get out!” and “Don’t eat the burgers!” This was beyond what we were used to, so we called in a priest who tried to perform an exorcism. He came very close to being possessed himself! So, we decided it was time to call in the big gun – a medium, Perry Normal, who is the best I've ever found. Within minutes he was in deep conversation with the other side. It turned out the leaders of the gang of ghouls were the original owners of the joint and had a big problem with the music playing on the juke box. After reassuring the couple that the ambiance would change and the juke box junked (try to say that 20 times fast!), the whole atmosphere became lighter and all activity stopped.

Six months later: Now look at the place! What a difference. The new owners were so grateful for our work that we get to eat here for nothing, anytime we want. No more burgers, but the pastries are delicious!

P.S. Sometimes I get the distinct feeling that the Muckey’s are still around and are really enjoying the change!
