I do it, too, but I have lung issues and I don't have a choice. My husband will also do it but he's a throat cancer survivor.
But, I get what you're saying, sometimes a person just can't control what annoys them.

A major annoyance for me is people who think that somehow, miraculously, they can control how people think or what they say.
