it gives you a better overview of what is in the food you eat. On some busy work days grabbing some food to go may be easier and quicker though.

usually i try not to watch them as the real person can be seen in a different light and a lot of these shows are too much info

I love all forms of art. I am not really religious person, but I do enjoy seeing sacred art, especially when visiting other places and countries.
