Hey Gem Gem! Apologies for the confusion, so my giveaways normally state "no alts", and the only way I judge this is by the player's level, not their number of forum posts. For giveaways such as this, I make sure each player has a minimum level of 100 before I gift anything. I have since changed my original post so that it clearly states the minimum level required to participate. Hope that clarifies your question!

Ah no worries at all, i think cause i normally buy stuff from other players i dont get the xp for purchases and im not really bothered on leveling up :haha:
