lots of families that go away camping and stuff too for canada day since its a holiday and parents have that extra long weekend off work:)

A lot of Germans are a bit lazy with holidays and treat it like just an additional day off.
However some do things with their close relatives.

its our biggest day for fireworks unfortunalty i will miss them as i will have to drive hubby to work at night, He got sun night off instead of Canada Day kinda sucks! Im sure ill see lots as im driving lol

Oh made some steak and baked potatoes and asparagus on the bbq:) and had a side salad was soo yummy!
