i DONT know where to post this , because I am not tech savy and don't really know how to use the forum. But I just have to put this out there and hope someone listens. Do any of you get to where you just want to hang it up. I am a vip , top tier, and spend way to much money on this game. I never win rares, and I mean never. It is so sad to constantly be buying things and to never and I mean never win a rare hair, or keychain or couch or anything....TONIGHT AGAIN i BOUGHT SOME OF THE HUNTRESS HAIRS IN THE SPARK SALE, I DID BEFORE AND GOT A BLACK THE OTHERS REPEATS OF AQUA AND ASH BROWN....TONIGHT I BOUGHT SOME AND AGAIN THE SAME THING,,,,,AQUA AND ASH BROWN INFACE 2 OF THE LOUSY ASH BROWN JUST AS BEFORE. It isn't just this it is every single thing. I use to play the slots and never win an outfit just low end junk, and things that have been out so long no one would want to buy. I once did and experiment for 12 days and in those 12 days I played multiple times a day lost hundreds of yocash and never won an decent hair or a good outfit. just junk. I quit playing in them. IT is wrong , to loose so much and never win an outfit . and in all the years and times I have played have never once won a gown. a dress yes but not a gown. It is super sad to put so much money into a game that has given me an algorithm that picks nothing for me to win but low end stuff the colors that are not worth anything. I have played since the beggining of 2010 I did leave for a few years after the death of my mom. But in returning I have learned more about the game and how it is set up with the algorithms and knowing that I will never win the good stuff has really and truly about made me to where I am considering not trying any more to win anything and just let it putt putt on out. None of the many things , like my yoville shirt, pop sneakers, etc, the things that could make me some coins , like they do the chosen ones, are untradeable some crap blowed at me about the reason. Must be some kind of block there have been 2 things I have won in leveling up that are tradeable that they have had to go in and make tradeable for me. that shows me something is up. I am just terrribly disappointed in the fact that I finally understand that I dont have a chance in the game. I have met so many cool people , and I just love to decorate and dress but this is just too wrong. I am a 64 year old woman who lost my only child in March and the game helps me to escape but it has just made me sick the way I am done. In the gems I win stuff in the store never any of the good stuff there either. There is just no chance for some of us. Sad is the word. They should fix it to where they move those algorithms around every few months so all people can win the good stuff. My son in law is an IT man and he says it can be done. But of course if you ar e the one who always wins the rares you really don't care about it like people like me do , and of course most probably dont know about it just like I use to not know and still don't a lot. BUt I do know that I feel really treeated unfairly lately.

I am sorry to hear about this!!! I have done the very same thing! I hope you can sell your extras for a decent price and maybe buy the rare you were looking for.

Im so sorry I feel your frustration but if you want to sell some of the ash brown hairs its my shade so I'd be happy to buy for reasonable price. Please:) And honestly I stopped trying to win cause it is pointless I like to go to auction right after stuff comes out cause most times I can find what I am looking for a reasonable price I am willing to pay and spend less than I would if I kept trying to win it not all the time but a good bit of the time,
